How It Works

Our experienced, uniformed personnel will collect documents from specially designed security consoles on a scheduled basis as determined by you. Your materials will be gathered in secure containers supplied by Office Shredding, and placed conveniently within your office. Upon scheduled pickup and depending on your requirement, all documents will be shredded on-site in our trucks, or shredded at a secure, off-site location.  Should you choose off-site, the locked containers will be transferred in our specialized, sealed vehicles to one of our state-of-the-art facilities for destruction in accordance with your requirements. We will destroy all materials— whether stapled, clipped, or bound— using premium, industrial grade shredders. We can shred a wide variety of items including files, x-rays, computer disks, CDs, and magnetic tape.  Shredding of all items will be completed within 48 hours of pick-up and a certificate of destruction will be issued.

We can help you increase efficiency and minimize your need for storage space by converting your paper documents into electronic copies that are searchable and shareable.  We prepare the documents by removing all clips and staples and repairing any damaged files.  The files are then scanned using high speed, industrial scanning equipment.  Each digital image is reviewed for quality control purposes and indexed in whatever format you need. We can utilize cloud storage for the electronic documents, or deliver a flash drive to you with searchable PDF documents.  Document imaging is an efficient solution for businesses that need to access legal, financial and/or medical files, but do not have the office space to keep them on-site and do not want to pay to store them.
