We had been with two of the national shredding companies, but we had some trouble with both of them. Shredding shouldn’t be a headache, it should be nice and easy and it has been since we switched to Office Shredding. When we need something special they’ve been very accommodating.Facility Manager,
We process a lot of high-level cases, so instead of letting our confidential documents pile up everyone’s desks, which increases the possibility of a security breach, we just put the documents in Office Shredding’s locked containers and we know that it’s safe until they’re destroyed.Office Manager,
1. Highest Security Rating
The National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) acts as an independent auditor, checking a shredding company’s compliance in 22 critical areas, including everything from shred size to employee background checks. They award their highest rating, “AAA Certified” to only a select few companies that meet these stringent security standards.
2. Competitive Prices
We don’t quote you a low price and then slam you with fuel surcharges and hidden fees. We offer competitive, up-front pricing and guarantee your price in writing.
3. Quality Customer Service
Our well-trained staff will arrive to your office for your regularly scheduled service on-time and with a smile on their faces. We get to know our customers personally, so you can look forward to having a friendly face empty your shredding bins.
4. Certified Drivers
Before any of our drivers step foot in your facility they have gone through a three step certification process. First we run a pre-employment criminal background check and submit a report to an auditor from the National Association for Information Destruction. Then the newly hired driver completes 82 hours of classroom and on the job training, before they are allowed to service a client by themselves. Finally to maintain their certification, all drivers must submit to ongoing, random drug testing by an independent firm and comply with our appearance and behavior standards.
5. $4 Million Insurance Protection Guarantee
All shredding companies provide general liability insurance to protect their customers. However, most of these shredding companies limit this protection to $1,000,000. But if the unthinkable happens, this coverage may not be good enough. That’s why Office Shredding exceeds industry standards by providing general liability insurance coverage of $4,000,000 to all our clients. So you can be confident that your organization is 100% protected.
